A system for providing use details of a virtual payment account is provided to enable a national facility and/or an insurance company, which manage welfare funds, to pay a payment amount effectively and reliably to beneficiary by using a payment-only virtual voucher account opened to a name of the beneficiary. An account opener opens a payment-only virtual voucher account for paying a welfare fund to each beneficiary by using an account of a fund manager as a mother account. An account operator stores withdrawal details of a plurality of payment-only virtual voucher accounts to each payment-only virtual voucher account ledger. An information generator(420) integrates/classifies the withdrawal details into each period, receiver, area, and client by periodically checking the withdrawal details of the payment-only virtual voucher account stored in the payment-only virtual voucher account ledger. An information provider provides the withdrawal details of the integrated/classified payment-only virtual voucher accounts to the fund manager. |
