A manufacturing method of a pulp mold by using VCI(Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) is provided to increase the receiving efficiency of the metallic products, thereby enlarging the general-purpose property. A pulp is mixed with water and the concentration of the mixture is determined by the pulp as main materials(S1). The VCI of 1-20 wt% is mixed with the mixture of 100 wt%(S2). Thereafter, the mixed materials is agitated so that the pulp, water and VCI are mixed uniformly(S3). The agitated mixture is adsorbed to a molding frame at the vacuum state(S4). Thereafter, the water in the inside of the molding frame is dehydrated so that the moisture adsorbed to the molding frame is removed. After the dehydration process, the mixture is dehydrated at the inside of the molding frame and then the shape of the pulp mold is formed according to the shape of the molding frame(S5). Thereafter, the pulp mold is dried at the high temperature compression state(S6). |
