New compounds useful as KL host material are provided to form multicolored light emitting such as white or improve light emitting efficiency by simultaneously implementing fluorescence and phosphorescence in a single layer, and employ the infrastructures of current LCD(liquid crystal display) manufacturing lines. New compounds useful as KL host material for forming a light emitting layer of an organic light emitting device, together with at least one of fluorescence dopant and phosphorescence dopant are represented by the formula(1), wherein Ar1 is optionally substituted C6-C30 aromatic hydrocarbon with or without unsaturated aliphatic, unsaturated C2-C10 aliphatic hydrocarbon or optionally substituted, unsaturated C2-C24 hetero ring compound; R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, C6-C24 aromatic hydrocarbon, or C6-C30 aromatic hydrocarbon containing unsaturated aliphatic; X is carbon, silicon, oxygen or sulfur; and m is 4 and n is an integer from 1 to 4 when X is carbon or silicon, or m is 2 and n is an integer from 1 to 2 when X is oxygen or sulfur. An organic light emitting device contains a cathode, anode and a light emitting layer containing the KL host material and further containing at least one of fluorescence dopant and phosphorescence dopant.
