A roasting plate for roasting meat is provided to gasify meat oil in a guide path and prevent extracts from being burned by installing upper and lower plates having first and second support frames. A roasting plate for roasting meat comprises a plurality of support frames(114), and a horizontal shaft frame. The support frames are horizontally arranged, the width of the support frame being narrower from a center(123) to two ends(124). The horizontal shaft frame fixes the support frames. An upper frame includes the support frames. A lower frame, which corresponds to the support frames respectively, includes a plurality of second support frames(117) which are connected with the support frames. First and second horizontal shaft frames fix the support frames. Third and fourth horizontal shaft frames fix the second support frames. Each support frame includes a first side part(120), a second side part(121), and a guide path(122) formed between the first and second side parts.
