<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the entrance-leaving to a conference room and use authority of equipment by RF-ID, by controlling illumination of the conference room and start-stop of air-conditioning in response to the entrance-leaving of a conferee, by grasping the conferee with every conference room, by restricting an entrance into the room of an official having no room entering authority of the conference room of a corresponding date. <P>SOLUTION: In a use authority management system, an authentication server (2) including a management list (2a) of associating the use authority of the fixing device and the portable device with the personal ID and the room identification signal, is connected with an authentication ID detection part (5b) for detecting personal ID and a fixing device (5) of every room, a portable device (6) including an authentication ID detection part (6c) detecting the personal ID, a room display detection part (6a) and an unlocking processing part (6d), and a room identification display part (7) issuing a room identification signal. The fixing device permits the use authority based on the management list by the personal ID detected by the authentication ID detection part, and the portable device permits the use authority based on the management list by the personal ID detected by the authentication ID detection part and the room identification signal detected by the room display detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
