<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication card which has an extremely simple configuration to be easily used and managed, is low in cost to enable easy use, prevents leakages of personal information, and is suitable for medication teaching to a patient. <P>SOLUTION: The card includes: a data recording means 3 for accumulating dosing information of the patient; an interface means 4 inputting and outputting data from external information equipment to the recording means 3; and an information display unit 5 displaying dosing information of a medicine on at least one surface in a rewritable manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
