<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control system where probability that power exceeds target power is reduced, the number of stop times of a facility device is reduced for suppressing maximum power consumption and a plan for previously peak cutting can be made, and to provide a demand controller, a demand program and a power control method. <P>SOLUTION: The power control system 1 includes an aggregate 100 formed of a plurality of facilities 10 having the facility devices 11 and a controller 20 for controlling total power consumption of the aggregate 100. Each facility 10 operates the facility device 11, based on schedule time information. Each facility 10 transmits schedule time information to the controller 20. When total power consumption of the aggregate 100, which is predicted from schedule time information, exceeds target power, the controller 20 changes schedule time information of each facility and transmits it to each facility 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
