<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management support system allowing proper advice according to a situation. <P>SOLUTION: In step 100, seating of a driver is confirmed by a signal from a pressure sensor 25. In step 110, it is confirmed whether a state of the driver is a rest state or not by a heart rate or the like. In step 120, physical information is acquired. In step 130, a health state is decided based on the measured physical information or the like. In step 140, information (activity information) of an activity situation is acquired. In step 150, the activity situation is decided based on the activity situation information. In step 160, the proper advise to the driver or the like is selected based on a decision result of the activity situation and a decision result of the health state.
