PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a receiver to reliably receive a telegram repeatedly transmitted from a sensor in a radio communication system, having a sensor that detects an environment and transmits the detected information as a telegram, a repeater for receiving the telegram transmitted from the sensor once for transmission, and a receiver for receiving the telegram transmitted by the sensor and the repeater. SOLUTION: The sensor 2 transmits the telegram including information on the number of transmission times indicating repetition transmission operation times and information on transmission time intervals indicating the transmission time interval of the repetition transmission operation once before the sensor 2 executes the repetition transmission operation when the signal level of a detection signal outputted from a detection section 8 in the sensor 2 exceeds a prescribed threshold.
