PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-term endurable concrete waterway for largely extending a period up to the next remodeling even in new arrangement and even in remodeling. SOLUTION: This concrete waterway is constituted by connecting a plurality of concrete blocks having a water flowing groove to an end surface. The concrete waterway is characterized in that as a joint construction structure of an end surface connecting part of the respective concrete blocks, for example, a Bonnel-tight (Product name; surface embossed resin foam joint sheet) elastic seal joint material layer is arranged in he middle, and a highly tough mortar layer including resin and glass fiber is arranged between its respective both side end surfaces and the opposed concrete block side end surfaces.
