PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator diagnosis system capable of efficiently diagnosing the timing when each part in an elevator becomes unserviceable. SOLUTION: The elevator diagnosis system comprises a diagnosis device 5 for diagnosing the state of each part of an elevator 4, and a monitoring center 6 for remotely monitoring the elevator 4 by the result of diagnosis transmitted from the diagnosis device 5. The diagnosis device 5 collects the operational data for each monitoring item of each part (apparatuses, components) during the normal operation of the elevator at the designated collection period, and predicts the unserviceable period of the monitoring item by using a predictive formula from the operational data of each collected monitoring item. Further, the monitoring center 6 prepares the predictive formula based on the operational data transmitted from the diagnosis device and transmits it to the diagnosis device.
