PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable excellent and short insert treatment for a printing paper sheet. SOLUTION: There are provided a printing device A and an inserter apparatus. The printing device A comprises a printing unit 13, and an insert information output unit 9 for outputting insert information consisting of the start timing of the printing job indicating the insertion position of an insert paper sheet, and the printing paper sheet spacing. The inserter apparatus B comprises a paper discharging and conveying unit 17 of printing paper sheets from the printing unit 13, a counting unit 19 for counting the conveying number of the printing paper sheets, a paper feed unit 21 for setting the insert paper sheets, and a paper feed control unit 23. The paper feed control unit 23 performs the paper feed control of the insert paper sheets at the timing that the count value of the counting unit 19 reaches one page before the insert page and before the next paper sheet spacing is elapsed.
