PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper plate device of a pallet dolly capable of preventing cargo conveyed onto a loading space from carelessly dropping out from the opposite side with one stopper plate in an open state, in the stopper plates provided opposing each other on both side edges of the loading space. SOLUTION: The stopper plate device 11 of the pallet dolly 1 is equipped with wheels at the front, rear, right, and left, and a loading space frame loaded on a dolly equipped with a connecting tool for connecting with a towing vehicle at a vehicle width direction central part of a front edge. The loading space in the loading space frame is provided with a plurality of roller conveyors along the traveling direction with intervals in the vehicle width direction, and a plurality of sets of stopper plates 12 are openably/closably arranged to oppose each other to the right and left on right and left both edges of the loading space frame with intervals in the longitudinal direction. The stopper plate device 11 is provided with an automatic lock mechanism for inhibiting an opening operation of one stopper plate 12 of each set of opposing stopper plates 12 when the other stopper plate 12 is opened.
