PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment device which performs an effective water treatment by using microbubbles, and is practically applicable. SOLUTION: The water treatment device, which is applied to a sewer treatment facility, is provided with a microbubble generator 15 generating microbubbles 20 utilizing the power of a storm-water pump 12 for discharging rainwater 10 including sewage from a storm-water pump well 11 storing the rainwater 10 to a pipe groove 14. A microbubble feeder 16 is provided at the storm-water pump well 11, and feeds the microbubbles 20 generated by the microbubble generator 15 into the rainwater on the upstream side of a screen 13.
