PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange module of high efficiency using a thermal circuit boards capable of easily forming a clearance as a fluid flow channel with high accuracy without using an adhesive agent, and to provide a water purifier using the heat exchange module. SOLUTION: This heat exchange module comprises a plurality of sheets of thermal circuit boards having the clearance for circulating a refrigerant or a heat medium, and one or more electronic heat exchanging elements held by the plurality of thermal circuit boards in a layered state, and cooling the refrigerant or heating the heat medium. The thermal circuit board has the first and second heat conductive bodies, and a third heat conductive body disposed between the first and second heat conductive bodies, and having the clearance, and the third heat conductive body, and the first and second heat conductive bodies are chemically bonded.
