A method for manufacturing an artificial food having a texture and an artificial food manufactured using the same are provided to form a rough surface and cracks on the surface of a PVC resin solution by mixing 20~40weight% of the PVC resin solution and 60~80weight% of PVC resin powder. A method for manufacturing an artificial food having a texture comprises the steps of adding an additive having a first color to a first mixture of 20~40weight% of the PVC resin solution and 60~80weight% of PVC resin powder, and adding an additive having a second color to a second mixture of 20~40weight% of the PVC resin solution and 60~80weight% of PVC resin powder. The first mixture is mixed with the second mixture and filled in a mold having a shape of an artificial food. The first and second mixtures are separated from the mold to allow the first and second mixtures to have the shape of the artificial food. The first and second mixtures are cured by a heating process.
