<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiving circuit capable of reducing pulse width distortion even though a data pattern changes. <P>SOLUTION: The optical receiving circuit is provided with a first transimpedance amplifier for converting an input signal current-converted by a first photodiode into a voltage signal, a second transimpedance amplifier connected to a shielded second photodiode to output reference voltage, a differential amplifier for amplifying a difference between the voltage signal to be inputted to a first terminal and a signal to be inputted to a second terminal, a transconductance amplifier for receiving the branched voltage signal and outputting a current signal to the second terminal, a voltage source for superimposing offset voltage on output voltage of the second transimpedance amplifier, and a conversion element provided between the voltage source and the second terminal to perform voltage conversion of the current signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
