<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently notify a user apparatus whose resource should be used in order to transmit control information requiring high quality though the number of bits is small by an uplink. <P>SOLUTION: The user apparatus transmits up control signals to the base station apparatus by a single carrier system. The user apparatus includes a means for receiving downlink control signals and downlink data signals, a means for preparing delivery confirmation information indicating a positive acknowledge or a negative acknowledge for the downlink data signals, a means for preparing up control signals including the delivery confirmation information, a means for transmitting the up control signals by the resource different from the resource which can be used for up data signals, and a storage means for storing prescribed correspondence relation for uniquely relating the resource of the downlink control signals or the downlink data signals and the resource used for the up control signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
