PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the versatility of a constitution and improve the accuracy of a timekeeping value in the constitution executing the timekeeping to specify a date and hour. SOLUTION: A performance control board 80 defines timekeeping values of present date/hour by a real-time clock as standard values based on an input of a date/hour standard value command from a connector 801, or an existing constitution to be input with a performance control command. A performance control microcomputer 100 determines whether the stored information of the timekeeping values are erased or not in a backup RAM for temporarily storing the information of the timekeeping values of the real-time clock for various types of controls and, when the information of the timekeeping values is erased, notifies that the information of the timekeeping values is erased.
