PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer rubber composition having outstanding feeling and wear resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polymer rubber composition is made of (A) an olefin cross-linkable thermoplastic elastomer, (B) an aromatic vinyl random copolymer, and (C) an aromatic vinyl block copolymer. The (A) is a cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer made of (A-1) an ethylene-αolefin copolymer and (A-2) a non-cross-linkable thermoplastic polymer. The (B) is a hydrogenated copolymer rubber made mainly of a random bond including 10-49 wt.% of a conjugated diene-based monomer and 51-90 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit having a hydrogenation ratio of an olefin double bond of 50% or higher. The (C) is a hydrogenated copolymer rubber made mainly of a block bond including 51-90 wt.% of a conjugated diene-based monomer unit and 10-49 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit having a hydrogenation ratio of 50% or higher.
