PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device capable of charging a battery from two or more types of power supplies. SOLUTION: The charging device charges a battery pack obtained by connecting multiple batteries in series by two or more types of power supplies; the power supplies are a commercial power supply and any other power supply; and thecommercial power supply is connected directly via a cable so that it cannot be detached; and the other power supply has a cable and a connector and is structured detachably.
