PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor which is reduced in iron loss due to a rotor which is a magnetic passage, and can generate large torque without having to use a permanent magnet of a high energy product. SOLUTION: The brushless motor comprises parallel multi-phase armature windings u, v and w wound around a stator, and the rotor having the permanent magnet 41 set opposing the armature windings. The magnetic distribution of the rotor 3 is made to approximate the a magnetic distribution formed, by combining orders which are selected by being synchronized with a position where torque is generated from a rotational ampere turn comprising a combination of a plurality of orders which are the same in the rotating direction and in the rotational speed which are generated by making parallel multi-phase currents, having the same number of phases as that of parallel multi-phases flow to the armature windings u, v, and w.
