摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration of characteristics due to temporal variations in MIMO, constituted of the antenna elements of a plurality of communicating party stations or beams formed by the antenna elements. SOLUTION: A channel information acquisition circuit 16 estimates a channel-response matrix between the respective antennas of a transmission part and the respective antennas of a communicating party. A time variation estimating circuit 17 evaluates the resistance with respect to the time variation of the propagation environment of the respective communicating parties and outputs it to a spatial multiplex number determination circuit 18. The spatial multiplex number determination circuit 18 determines the number of transmission streams, to be spatially multiplexed and transmitted to the respective communicating parties from the resistance against the time variation and the number of the receiving antennas of the communicating parties. A transmission weight determination circuit 19 determines the modulation mode comprising a transmission encoding method, a modulation system and an encoding rate from the inputted number of the transmission streams and the channel-response matrix.
