PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance repairability while connecting required conductors with each other by a low compressive load after surely forming a conductive part between opposing conductors by using an anisotropic conductive resin for connection between wiring-board conductors. SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive sheet is provided with an insulating resin film, a first adhesive film, and a second adhesive film. The insulating resin film is such configured that each conductive part penetrating through from a first face to a second face with the first/second faces arranged oppositely to each other in the thickness direction is provided in a base film made of a porous material and having elasticity in the thickness direction.
