ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeatedly-usable anisotropic conductive sheet that can be inexpensively manufactured by reducing manufacturing steps, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet 1 is provided with an electrically-insulating sheet-like base material 2 and linear conductors 3 oriented in a thickness direction of the sheet-like base material while being held by the sheet-like base material.
