PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To download a plurality of contents in a lump, and to perform setting such that the plurality of contents can be used by a corresponding application in a lump. SOLUTION: A mobile machine 10 has a setting information file acquisition part 122, a content package file acquisition part 123, a decompression part 126, and a content setting part 127. The setting information file acquisition part 122 acquires a setting information file M, and the content package file acquisition part 123 acquires a content package file P wherein the plurality of contents are compressed. The decompression part 126 decompresses the content package file P to the plurality of contents, and the content setting part 127 sets the plurality of decompressed contents such that they can be used by the corresponding application based on setting information of the setting information file M.
