PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seat structure of a vehicle capable of protecting a seated occupant in a rear side seat during a frontal collision of the vehicle with simple structure and without narrowing the space inside a vehicle cabin. SOLUTION: The seat structure of the vehicle is equipped with a front seat 2, and a rear seat 3 disposed in the vehicle rear direction of the front seat 2, and is for protecting the seated occupant B in the rear seat 3 during a frontal collision of the vehicle. The front seat 2 and the rear seat 3 are equipped with seat cushions 20, 3a, and seat backs 30, 3b, respectively. A front movement part 30A is structured so that an upper portion of the seat back 30 of the front seat 2 can be displaced toward the front by a contact load when the seated occupant B in the rear seat 3 moves forward by the frontal collision of the vehicle.
