PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair style control agent which is excellent in coatability on hair, hardly damages the hair after a waving treatment or a twisted hair-correcting treatment, can hold an excellent touch as expected, and does not deteriorate the apparent gloss of the hair. SOLUTION: This hair shape control agent including the first agent containing a reducing agent and an alkali agent and the second agent containing an oxidizing agent is characterized by further including a specific gemini type cation activator.
