PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking type husbandry machine provided with a simple part-holding container for temporarily holding a filler plug removed from a fuel tank and temporarily holding small parts such as screws removed from the machine body in a stable posture while preventing the falling of the parts on the field. SOLUTION: The walking type husbandry machine has a belt-transmission apparatus 8 placed on the right or left side of the machine body and transmitting the power of an engine 4 to a transmission mechanism in a transmission case 3 and is provided with a cover member 9 to cover the belt-transmission apparatus 8.
