The solution concerns the application of phosphate and phosphate-borate mixtures, which are formed by a phosphate component and industrial ten sides, in a weight ratio 10:1 to 500:1 in the ambience of the organic solvent, whose volume concentration is in a mixture of 10 to 60 percent. The coatings are created on the surface of the tape, which is deprived of sharp points by the grinding and rolling, between metal discs. The goal of the solution is the fact that the tape is made from perm alloys and, after the application of the phosphate and phosphate-borate electro-technical solutions or pastes on the surface of the tape, the tapes are at least monophasically heat treated at a temperature of 250 to 1,300 degrees C during a period of 30 seconds to 60 minutes.
