SOLID FIBRINOGEN PREPARATION

Disclosed is a fibrinogen preparation which has improved solubility, can be prepared within a short time, and can be used rapidly in clinical practice. Also disclosed is a tissue adhesive agent comprising the preparation. Specifically disclosed is a solid fibrinogen preparation mainly comprising fibrinogen, and further containing albumin, an nonionic surfactant, a basic amino acid or a salt thereof, and at least two amino acids or salts thereof selected from an acidic amino acid or a salt thereof and a neutral amino acid or a salt thereof. The solid fibrinogen preparation may be immobilized onto a medical substrate to produce a fibrinogen-immobilized substrate. The fibrinogen-immobilized substrate may be used in combination with a component mainly composed of thrombin to produce a fibrin adhesive agent.
