<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal for suppressing occurrence of power consumption by a position registering operation, without having to add changes to a subscriber information management device and a position registration procedures in a mobile communication network, even when reading a plurality of pieces of subscriber information from a storage medium for recording subscriber information, such as one or a plurality of SIM cards, and to provide its service registering method. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of storage media with subscriber information recorded therein are detected, an incoming transfer service for making subscriber information of one recording medium an incoming transfer destination about the subscriber information of the other recording medium is registered; position registration is made for the subscriber information of the one recording medium made as the incoming transfer destination; and the position registration is not set as the subscriber information of the other recording medium is set to be an incoming transfer source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
