<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe, inexpensive composition having an anti-stress effect. <P>SOLUTION: This anti-stress agent contains an extract of the leaves of Wasabia japonica Matsumura. The anti-stress agent, wherein the extract of the leaves of the Wasabia japonica Matsumura is a mixture of an ethanol extract with an n-butanol extract.
