<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement to maintain a system linkage in place of a disconnected line by rapidly providing a preliminary line without employing a large-scale apparatus, and to stabilize the system without causing a load rejection and the like, in a power system having a preliminary supply route. <P>SOLUTION: The stabilization system of an electric power system is constituted of an input terminal for inputting a disconnection directing condition to breakers in more than one specific line, a route determination unit for determining a route disconnection in the specific line, and a connection directing output terminal for directing connection to the breakers in more than another specific line when the route is determined as disconnected by the route determination unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
