HYDROGEN GENERATOR, AND FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generator capable of stabilizing a mixing ratio of fuel to water and flow rates thereof, and of restraining power consumed for the supply of the fuel, and a fuel cell.

SOLUTION: This hydrogen generator includes: a fuel tank for storing the fuel; a flow regulation part for controlling the flow rate of the fuel; a water tank for storing the water; a pump driven by the fuel having a flow rate controlled by the flow regulation part for delivering the water; a water carburetor for evaporating the delivered water; and a reform part for reforming the fuel and the evaporated water to a gas containing hydrogen.
