<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a focus error and a tracking error of a bonded optical disk by regulating a curve angle of substrates before bonding. <P>SOLUTION: The substrates whose outer peripheral parts have curve angles of negative values are used as first and second substrates L1 nd L0 to be bonded to each other so that a space between substrates at outermost peripheral parts of the substrates is larger than the space between the substrates at inner peripheral parts of the substrates when surfaces to be bonded face each other in a bonding step.
