<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower body structure of a vehicle capable of enhancing rigidity of a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: This lower body structure comprises front side frames 2, side sills 12 connected to the rear sections of these front side frames respectively, and rear side frames 16. It further comprises tunnel members 48 extended from a No.2 cross member 24 to a No.3 cross member 32 in the vehicle longitudinal direction along the edges 8a of a floor tunnel 8, front part inclined members 46 connecting the front ends of the tunnel members 48 and the rear ends of the front side frames 2 diagonally, rear part inclined members 50 connecting the rear ends of the tunnel members 48 and the connecting sections between the rear side frames 2 and a No.4 cross member 34, a front part tunnel cross member 52 mutually connecting the front ends of the tunnel members 48 and extended in the vehicle width direction, and a rear part tunnel cross member 54 mutually connecting the rear ends of the tunnel members 48 and extended in the vehicle width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
