PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly determine an actual emission gas feeding ratio, i.e., a ratio of an emission gas actually fed to an internal combustion engine to an intake-air volume, and execute a proper control whne the actual emission gas feed ratio is different from a target emission gas feeding ratio. SOLUTION: The proportion of the exhaust gas supplied to the intake side to the intake-air volume (actual emission gas feeding ratio) EGR is determined based on a motor-torque command Tm1* and ignition timingθign at the time of normal-operation state of an engine (S120). Then ignition timing is corrected in accordance with the actual emission gas feeding ratio EGR (S130). When the ratio of the actual emission gas feeding ratio EGR to the target emission gas feeding ratio EGR* (EGR/EGR*) is smaller than a predetermined ratioα, an EGR is opened by an opening-correction amountΔVegr (S150). Thus, the actual emission gas feeding ratio can be determined more properly, and a proper control can be executed when the actual emission gas feeding ratio is different from the target emission gas feeding ratio.
