PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system development support device for supporting the preparation of a program for transfer of inter-control equipment data of a complicate control system with large design man-hours. SOLUTION: This control system development support device is provided with a control system management information storage part 132 for storing control system management information; a process flow program setting information storage part 144 for storing process flow setting information, program block setting information and transfer condition setting information; a condition decision program generation part 151 for preparing a program for outputting the variables of control equipment which outputs variables in transfer condition setting information which is not the same as the transfer condition decision equipment by referring to the control system management information to the transfer condition decision equipment, and for generating a condition decision program based on the program and the transfer condition setting information; and a data transfer program generation part 152 for generating a transfer program for transferring variables between the program blocks based on the process flow setting information and the program block setting information when the conditions of the condition decision program are established.
