PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor circuit capable of heightening speed of ranging or AF operation by a camera by shortening a time required for calculating a correction amount of a light quantity difference and for correcting sensor data, even when the light quantity difference is generated in light entering two optical sensor arrays by backlight or the like. SOLUTION: A mean value and correction data are determined directly from an output before AD conversion of an optical sensor unit wherein the optical sensor array is constituted of a mean value detection circuit and a correction data generation circuit, and the output from the optical sensor unit before AD conversion is corrected by a correction value, to thereby heighten the speed of data processing and ranging or AF operation by the camera.
