PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device of a rolling bearing in which an elastic seal member is not susceptible to rotation around an axis, without adverse effect on circularity of an outer diameter surface of an outer ring. SOLUTION: In the sealing device of a rolling bearing, the elastic seal member 40 sealing lubricant between the outer ring 10 and an inner ring 20 is provided, an outer diameter end part of rubber 42 in the elastic seal member 40 is put in a seal groove 11 formed to an inner circumferential part of the outer ring 10, and an inner diameter end part of the rubber 42 is brought into slide-contact with an outer circumferential part 21 of the inner ring 20 to maintain sealing property. To an inner shoulder part 12 in the outer ring 10 and an annular rear end part 42c of the elastic seal member 40, an engagement hole 12a and a projection 42e (recess and projection part) are disposed to be mutually engaged to prevent relative rotation of the elastic seal member 40 around an axis with respect to the outer ring 10.
