PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor element module in which an optical semiconductor element can be easily positioned when the element is mounted, and the optical semiconductor element can be both positioned and sealed, a mounting structure using the optical semiconductor element module, and optoelectronics equipment. SOLUTION: A die bond block 2 and a position reference block 4 are set upright on one surface of a heat sink system 1 which is a support and radiation means. Then, a light-emitting element 3 such as a semiconductor laser is fixed to the die bond block 2 while both the die bond block 2 and the position reference block 4 are observed in the same perspective. A window cap 8 equipped with a window 9 is set upright on the one surface side of the heat sink system 1. The optical semiconductor element module 10 is positioned by striking a striking surface 4a of the position reference block 4 to a striking surface 11a of a base 11 of the optoelectronics equipment.
