SOLUTION: This optical element 4 comprises a conductive fine structure 6 having conductivity and is used for detecting an optical spectrum signal changing due to the measured substance molecules bonding to the surface of the fine structure 6. As to this optical element 4, the binding capacity of the substance molecules on the surface of the structure 6 is distributed in the direction of an electric displacement vector arising within the fine structure 6.
