PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a raised part without burr. SOLUTION: This fin 1 for a heat exchanger is partly raised to form a raised part 12. The edge 121 of the raised part 12 has first parts 1211-1213 extending straight, and second parts 1214, 1215. The first parts 1211-1213 are disposed in order in the periphery of the raised part 12. The second part 1214 smoothly connects the first parts 1211, 1212 adjacent to each other in the periphery of the raised part 12.
