PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic power transmission device, in which a clearance between a driven side disc magnet and a driving side cylindrical magnet is stable, torque ripple is reduced, and layout flexibility of a device is high. SOLUTION: In the magnetic power transmission device, a driving side cylindrical magnet 142 supported by a mounting base, and a driven side disc magnet 150 which is disposed in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the driving side cylindrical magnet 142 and is fixed to the driven side bearing-supported part 131 formed integrally with the driven shaft tightening element 130, are disposed so that a magnetic pole of the driving side cylindrical magnet 142 and the driven side disc magnet 150 are opposed to each other through a predetermined clearance. The mounting base supporting the driving side cylindrical magnet 142 is integrally provided with a yoke part, a driving side bearing-supported part, a drive shaft tightening element 144c, and a through hole in which the drive shaft passes, and the driving side bearing-supported part and the driven side bearing-supported part are journaled in two casing side plates 122, 124 fixed in an L shape in section.
