PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko machine which has no bad influence upon the formation of a ball passage in the lower part circumference of a special winning port even if a lead switch type magnetic sensor is used and can certainly detect a fraudulent act using a magnet. SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor 50 is formed below the special winning port 34. The magnetic sensor 50 is a lead switch type. The magnetic sensor 50 is arranged in a state of upward tilting toward the forward side. In this placement state, a part, which more approaches the glass plate 40 of the magnetic sensor 50 in the major axis direction 59 of the magnetic sensor 50, more approaches the special winning port 34.
