PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a load added from generally upper side to a lid portion. SOLUTION: On an upper part of a floor panel 24, a console body 32 is installed. Ton a floor bracket 35 fixed on the floor panel 24, a side surface of a rear part of the console body 32 is fastened and fixed. At the rear part of the console body 32, a console box 23 is provided. The console box 23 comprises a box-shaped box body 33 stored and disposed at a rear part of the console body 32, and the lid portion 39 provided on an upper surface side of the rear part of the console body 32 corresponding to the box body 33 and capable of opening/closing. A load absorbing structure portion 45 capable of absorbing a load added from a generally upper side to the lid portion, is provided between the floor panel 24 and the console body 32.
