PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method capable of suppressing both the concentration fluctuation of a low frequency caused by a variation in feeding amount and granularity induced by enlarging a cluster size in a balanced manner according to the situation. SOLUTION: A mask pattern constituted of a relatively large cluster is used in a recording mode in which there is a concern a variation in a concentration of the low frequency such as a monochrome mode, and a mask pattern constituted of a relatively small cluster is used in a recording mode other than the recording mode. Thereby, it is possible to properly suppress both the variation in the concentration of the low frequency caused by the shape change of a feeding roller or the other, and the granularity induced by enlarging the cluster size according to the recording modes.
