PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench cutter capable of machining various joints by simple and inexpensive equipment. SOLUTION: The bench cutter is equipped with a base part on which a work 35 is placed, the holder 5 vertically provided on the rear part of the base part so as to be freely inclined in a left and right direction with respect to the upper surface of the base part, the slide part for supporting a circular saw support part on the holder 5 in a slidable manner, a circular saw part 12 equipped with the circular saw blade 14 supported on the circular saw support part vertically swingably through a tilting shaft 4, the contact part provided to the circular saw part 12 and the contact receiving part provided on the circular saw support part and constituted so that the contact part comes into contact with the contact receiving part when the circular saw part 12 is shaken in a base part direction to regulate the lower limit position of the circular saw blade 14.
