[PROBLEMS] To provide a green sheet for forming PDP members which has sufficient flexibility, is excellent in transferability and handleability, and has such a surface hardness that a defect such as a dent is less apt to generate. Also provided is a process for PDP production in which a PDP member high in transmittance and reflectance and excellent in surface smoothness and film thickness evenness can be efficiently formed with high position precision. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The green sheet for forming plasma display panel members is characterized by comprising (A) an inorganic powder and (B) a binder resin and having a yield strength of 0.1-3.0 N, displacement at break of 20-300 mm, and surface hardness of 0.4-5.0 mN/mm<SUP>2</SUP>.
